At Farm Truck Designs Ltd, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every item is carefully created and finished by hand before leaving our workshop.

Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns if your item arrives damaged.

• If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• You must provide clear photographs of the damage (both the product and packaging) when you contact us.

• Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange for a replacement item or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original condition (other than the reported damage).

• We do not accept returns for unwanted items, change of mind, or customised/personalised orders unless they are damaged.

• Farm Truck Designs Ltd is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery (for example, improper handling or installation).
