Meet the Makers Behind Farm Truck Designs
We’re Leanne and Matt, the family behind Farm Truck Designs. From our workshop near Warrington, we design, cut, engrave and hand-finish everything from heavy-duty hanging basket brackets and metal garden art to personalised wooden gifts and completely bespoke creations.
We’re involved throughout the whole process—from the first sketch and cutting the steel to finishing your order and carefully packing the final parcel. When you buy from Farm Truck Designs, you’re buying directly from the family who designed and made it.
Amelia is our resident “mini boss” and often joins us at markets, helping to keep everyone organised and offering her very honest opinions on our latest designs.
Shadow, our black Labrador, is responsible for workshop morale, security and biscuit inspections—although he can usually be found sleeping on the job.
The teenagers have decided they’re far too cool to appear on the website, but they’re still valued members of the Farm Truck Designs team whenever we need an extra pair of hands!
What started as a family idea has grown into a business we’re incredibly proud of, but every order is still made with the same care and attention we would expect if we were buying it ourselves.

How To Choose The Perfect Welsh Dragon Hanging Basket Bracket
When choosing a hanging basket bracket, strength is just as important as appearance.
Many decorative brackets available online are manufactured from thin steel or cast iron that may struggle to support larger hanging baskets over time.
At Farm Truck Designs, every Welsh Dragon Hanging Basket Bracket is manufactured from heavy duty 3mm steel, providing exceptional strength while maintaining a beautiful decorative appearance.
Our brackets are suitable for hanging baskets up to 20 inches in diameter and are also ideal for bird feeders, lanterns, wind chimes and decorative garden ornaments.
Every bracket is designed in-house before being CNC plasma cut for precision, hand finished and professionally powder coated for long-lasting outdoor protection.
The four fixing holes provide excellent stability when installed correctly onto brick or stone walls using suitable fixings.
Whether your home is a traditional Welsh cottage, a modern new build or a country farmhouse, our Welsh Dragon Hanging Basket Bracket provides a unique way of displaying flowers while celebrating Welsh heritage.
Because we manufacture everything ourselves, we can also create completely bespoke designs without charging extra artwork fees, making Farm Truck Designs the perfect choice for personalised metal garden gifts.
