Custom designs

Workshop and collections
Our family workshop is based in Lymm, near Warrington. We are not a walk-in retail shop, so collections and workshop visits must be arranged with us in advance.

  • How quickly will you reply?
    We normally reply within two working days. During busy market weekends or large events, it may occasionally take us a little longer.

  • Yes. Include your name, order number and a brief description of your question. If an item has arrived damaged or incorrect, photographs of the product and packaging will help us investigate quickly.

  • Yes. We create bespoke metalwork and personalised wooden products. Visit our Send Us Your Idea page to send us your wording, approximate size, photographs or sketches.

  • Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Our workshop is not a walk-in retail shop, so please wait until we confirm that your order is ready and agree a collection time.

  • Yes, UK delivery is available for most products. Delivery arrangements and costs for particularly large or heavy pieces will be discussed before the order is confirmed.
