Christmas at Arley Hall with Farm Truck Designs
The Arley Shopping Spectacular
Friday 20th–Sunday 22nd November 2026
Arley Hall & Gardens, Cheshire
A beautiful setting for a little Christmas magic
Wrap up warm, gather your favourite people and join Farm Truck Designs for three days of festive shopping at the beautiful Arley Hall & Gardens.
With its magnificent red-brick Hall, historic architecture and lovely Cheshire surroundings, Arley is a wonderful place to leave the everyday rush behind and start feeling Christmassy. Add artisan stalls, thoughtful gifts and seasonal decorations, and you have the perfect excuse to make a day of your Christmas shopping.
We’re delighted to be joining The Arley Shopping Spectacular, bringing a selection of our metalwork and engraved wooden gifts, designed and made by us just down the road in Lymm.
Christmas shopping at Tommy Shelby’s house!
If Arley Hall looks familiar, there’s a very good reason. Peaky Blinders fans will recognise it as the filming location for Thomas Shelby’s grand country home, Arrow House.
The Hall appeared from series three onwards, with its striking exterior and beautiful rooms providing the backdrop to some unforgettable Shelby family moments. Arley’s Library even became Tommy Shelby’s office.
It certainly adds a little drama to a Christmas shopping trip! Where else can you browse for presents with the setting of Tommy Shelby’s country estate as your backdrop?
And if there’s a Peaky Blinders fan on your Christmas list, come and ask us about our Peaky Blinders-inspired metalwork.
Find something they’ll be excited to unwrap
With Christmas just over a month away, this is a lovely opportunity to choose presents that reflect the people you’re buying for—their hobbies, their favourite animals and the little things that make them smile.
At the Farm Truck Designs stand, you’ll find gift ideas for gardeners, dog lovers, car enthusiasts, food lovers and those wonderfully tricky people who insist they “don’t need anything”.
We’ll be bringing a selection of:
Hanging basket brackets to add personality to a garden, with wildlife, animal and motoring designs.
Metal wall signs and garden art for a favourite corner of the home, garden or garage.
Garden stakes and tree spikes featuring birds and other much-loved creatures.
Engraved dog boards for the person whose four-legged friend is firmly in charge.
Cheese boards, pizza boards and smaller serving boards, including cheeky designs for Christmas nibbles.
Northern Soul, Keep the Faith and Wigan Casino designs for music lovers.
Christmas ornaments to add a festive finishing touch.
Whether you’re looking for a special present, a smaller gift or something for your own Christmas celebrations, come and have a browse.
Bring on the cheese, picky bits and Christmas treats
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a table full of things to nibble!
Our engraved wooden boards make lovely presents for hosts, cheese enthusiasts, pizza lovers and anyone who believes that a plate of picky bits counts as a perfectly acceptable evening meal.
Pair a board with their favourite cheese, crackers or a bottle of something nice, and you’ve got a thoughtful gift ready to wrap. Or choose one for your own festive table—after all, someone needs to make sure the Christmas snacks are properly presented!
Made locally, given with love
Farm Truck Designs is a small, family-run business run by Leanne and Matt, working from our workshop in Lymm, Cheshire.
We design and make our metalwork and engrave our wooden gifts ourselves. Every purchase supports our small business and helps us keep doing what we love: turning ideas into pieces that people enjoy giving, receiving and keeping.
Come and meet us, see the details up close and chat about the person you’re shopping for. We’re always happy to help you find a design that feels right.
Have a personal Christmas present in mind?
Sometimes the best gift starts with an idea: a favourite car, a much-loved pet, a special name or a hobby that has taken over the house.
If you’re thinking about a personalised gift or bespoke commission, come and talk to us. We can discuss what’s possible and check availability and timescales for Christmas orders.
Please speak to us as early as you can so we can give your idea the time it deserves.
Make a festive day of it
Take a break from scrolling through gift ideas and enjoy choosing presents in person, surrounded by the character and beauty of Arley.
Browse the artisan stalls, discover independent makers and tick a few names off your Christmas list. Whether you’re visiting with family, enjoying a day out with friends or bringing along a Peaky Blinders fan, we’d love to be part of your festive plans.
Come and say hello to Leanne and Matt, find a gift with a personal touch and let the Christmas countdown begin!
