Farm Truck Designs at the NEC Classic Motor Show
Friday 13th–Sunday 15th November 2026
NEC Birmingham | Find us in Hall 3
The Chevy is heading to the NEC—and we’re coming with it!
This is a big one for Farm Truck Designs! We’re bringing our much-loved Chevrolet 3100 pickup and a stand packed with our creations to the Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show at the NEC Birmingham.
For three days, we’ll be swapping our workshop in Lymm for a weekend surrounded by classic cars, fellow enthusiasts and the stories that make this hobby so special. As a small, family-run business with a love of old vehicles, we couldn’t ask for a better place to share what we do.
Whether you’ve followed us for a while, spotted the Chevy at a market or are discovering Farm Truck Designs for the first time, come and meet Leanne and Matt in Hall 3.
Proper gifts for people who love their cars
We know that a classic car is rarely “just a car”. It’s the one you grew up with, the restoration that took over the garage, the first car you wish you’d kept or the pride and joy that only comes out when the forecast looks promising!
Our motoring-inspired metalwork celebrates that connection. We’ll be bringing a selection of our car-themed wall signs, hanging basket brackets and key hooks, with designs inspired by classic favourites, garage life and a shared love of all things automotive.
Find something for the garage, workshop, home or garden—or a present for the person who already seems to own every tool imaginable.
And yes, a hanging basket bracket can be a car enthusiast’s present too. Who says the flowers should have all the attention?
Meet the truck behind Farm Truck Designs
Our patina-covered Chevrolet 3100 pickup will be joining us on the stand, bringing a little piece of Farm Truck Designs to the show.
The Chevy is a familiar sight to customers who visit us at markets and events, and we’re looking forward to sharing it with a much bigger gathering of classic vehicle enthusiasts. Come over for a closer look, take a photo and have a chat—we’re always happy to talk trucks, projects and the jobs that somehow turn into another project!
Christmas shopping with a personal touch
With Christmas less than six weeks away, the show is the perfect opportunity to find a thoughtful present before the December rush.
Alongside our motoring designs, we’re bringing a selection of gifts for the other interests in your life, including:
Engraved wooden dog boards for dog lovers.
Cheese boards, pizza boards and smaller serving boards, with cheeky sayings and designs to make people smile.
Metal garden stakes and tree spikes for gardeners and wildlife lovers.
Northern Soul, Keep the Faith and Wigan Casino designs for those whose favourite memories come with a soundtrack.
Remembrance pieces, including our Lest We Forget designs.
Christmas ornaments to bring a little Farm Truck Designs character to the festive season.
Whether you’re buying for a petrolhead, gardener, dog lover or someone who takes their cheese board very seriously, come and see what we’ve brought.
You might even find a well-earned Christmas present for yourself. We won’t tell!
Designed and made by us in Lymm
Farm Truck Designs is run by Leanne and Matt, and our products begin with ideas that we turn into finished pieces in our Lymm workshop.
Our metalwork is designed in-house and cut using our CNC plasma cutter, with welding and finishing carried out as each piece requires. We also create our engraved wooden gifts, giving us plenty of scope for personal designs and unusual requests.
When you visit our stand, you’ll be speaking to the people behind the products. We can talk you through the materials, explain how things are made and help you choose something that suits the person you’re buying for.
Buying from us supports a small British business—and gives us the chance to keep making the things we love.
Have something bespoke in mind?
Perhaps you’d love a design inspired by your own classic, a personalised garage sign or a gift that captures someone’s favourite hobby.
Bring your ideas and come and talk to us.
The show is a great opportunity to discuss a commission in person, show us photographs and explore what might work. We’ll advise on suitable designs, sizes and finishes, and discuss availability and timescales for any Christmas requests.
If you’re part of a car club, run a motoring business or own a shop looking for distinctive British-made gifts, we’d love to meet you too.
Make a weekend of it
The Classic Motor Show brings together an incredible variety of classic vehicles, club displays and specialist traders, making it a fantastic day out for anyone with a love of motoring.
Take your time exploring the show, enjoy the cars and make sure Farm Truck Designs in Hall 3 is on your list of stops.
For us, this weekend is a chance to share our work, meet the people who appreciate it and put faces to some of the names who have supported our little business along the way.
Come for the classics, find the Chevy and get a few Christmas presents sorted while you’re here. We can’t wait to see you!
